Affibody accepts orders online or written orders by e-mail or fax.

Price
Prices are excluding duties, taxes, VAT, order handling costs or other fees. For bulk quotations, please e-mail order@affibody.com.

Order online
To place an order, first register and log in as a new user. In the online web shop, first select the currency in which you want to pay (EUR, USD or SEK) and then select the product(s) you wish to order by clicking "Buy". The product(s) will now be added to your shopping cart. To process your order, click "To Checkout". In the Checkout form, you may add or change any of the fields for recipient of product or invoice. In addition, it is possible to include a PO number or other comments to accompany your order. Click “Send Order”. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. 
 
Order by e-mail
Send an e-mail with your order to order@affibody.com. Please include full invoice and delivery address and select the currency (EUR, USD or SEK) in which you want to pay. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
 
Order by fax
Please fax your order to +46(0)8 59 88 38 01. You may use your own order form, or print and fill out the Affibody Order Form. Please include full invoice and delivery address and select the currency in which you want to pay (EUR, USD or SEK). You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail (or fax if preferred).
 
Delivery
Shipments are normally initiated the same day the order is received. Depending on country of destination, please allow 1 to 4 days for delivery. Products are normally shipped by Federal Express (FedEx) from Sweden. You may provide your own FedEx account number with your order.
 
Order handling cost
An order handling cost including freight will be added to your invoice. If your FedEx account number is provided with the order, the order handling cost will not be added.
 
VAT
VAT (Value Added Tax) is not included and will be charged when applicable. European customers, please provide your VAT number in order to avoid to be charged VAT.
 
Payment (invoice or credit card)
An invoice in the selected currency (EUR, USD or SEK) will be sent upon shipment of the product. Payment in full shall be made in the currency invoiced no later than thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Kindly remit the correct amount by wire transfer to Svenska Handelsbanken, P.O Box 11066, SE-161 11 Bromma, SWEDEN, Swiftcode HANDSESS.
